John A. Martin & Associates of Nevada would like to welcome back Raymond Avanessian as BIM Coordinator.
Since joining John A. Martin & Associates of Nevada, Mr. Avanessian will act as a Supervising Structural Draftsman preparing, and supervising other draftsmen in the preparation of, structural drawings for commercial buildings, Hotel & Condominium Towers, and Casino & Resort properties. He will be responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating with Architects and other engineering disciplines, and quality control and drafting standards for structural drawings.
John A. Martin & Associates of Nevada has developed BIM project models including elementary schools, office buildings, casinos and mid-rise buildings. Our creative use of Revit in coordination with other design disciplines has provided our clients efficiency by reducing conflicts and RFI’s, maintaining design schedules, and controlling project costs. Mr. Avanessian has been instrumental in developing our presence in the BIM arena and is now certified in the use of REVIT structure.
